Recruitment Partner

3 months contract

Based in Berkshire / Hybrid way of working

About the client

We are collaborating with a globally renowned telecommunications company who is at the forefront of the 5th generation technology. Inspiring, innovating and engineering solutions to provide a more efficient ways of how we communicate with each other.

Due to business expansion are looking for Recruitment Partners with experience in Tech and Operations and Commercial, Product and Marketing to join their team. The successful candidate will be a real people person, accustomed to working in a dynamic environment and have a passion for recruitment, and ready to hit the ground running.

About the role

  • Implementing recruitment strategy across the business & developing initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Proactively build a talent pool of candidates.
  • Selecting & screening candidates
  • Managing interview processes.
  • Managing the hiring and on boarding process.
  • Supporting business managers with recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Support with new opening & lead high-volume recruitment drives
  • Being a brand ambassador for the company

About you

  • Experience managing the end to end recruitment piece, partnering line managers Technology/IT/Commercial/Marketing/Digital/Product/Analytic recruitment background
  • Proven direct sourcing capability, including strength with LinkedIn recruiter
  • Able to use various ways of sourcing 'the right' candidate, not just through job boards, and applications but through good internal conversations to get referrals, and open external networks.
  • Strong business partnering ability
  • Permanent recruitment experience in volume
  • Ability to prioritise, agree timescales with managers
  • Need to be detail orientated who likes to build a plan, not just charge ahead
