Job Description
Job title: Recruitment Consultant - Mandarin speaking
Location: Working from Home
Due to an increasing business demand, we are looking for an additional Recruitment Consultant.
You will support our telecoms clients with permanent and temporary roles.
What you will do:
- Advertise a variety of vacancies including permanent and temporary roles
- Source potential candidates through social media, LinkedIn, in-house databases, job boards, networking, headhunting and referrals
- Responsible for interview arrangements
- Negotiate salary packages and offers of employment
- Build and maintain professional relationships with our clients
The ideal candidate:
- 1-2 years in-house or agency recruiting experience
- Fluent in Mandarin (Chinese) and English
- Understand Chinese business culture
- Great communication skills
- Deal confidently with client and time management
