Position - Contract

Location - Reading

Currently recruiting for Recruiter / Resource Partner (Digital) to join my client - a leading Telecom Company, on an ongoing contract basis. This position will be office based, still flexible.

We are looking for an established Recruiter, who enjoys search and head-hunting top talent in the Digital Space. You should be someone who interacts with stakeholder well, is energetic, and loves recruiting on Digital/Tech roles. You will know the digital landscape and how to attract top talent.

Required Skills:

• Able to manage the E2E recruitment process, but more importantly will have a background in the Digital/Tech world.

• Strong experience with the recruitment of technical roles within Digital/AI/Machine Learning/Tech sector

• Able to use various ways of sourcing 'the right' candidate, not just through job boards, and applications but through good internal conversations to get referrals, and open external networks.

• Excellent talent pooling ability

• Any experience working within transformation may be beneficial

• Good experience of using ATS i.e. Taleo would be beneficial

• Strong use of sourcing tools, especially LinkedIn recruiter

• Need to be detail orientated who likes to build a plan, not just charge ahead
