Recruiter - Resourcing Specialist!
6 month FTC or potential Day Rate Contract
Based in Berkshire
Seeking interim Resourcing Specialist to work alongside Resourcing Partners within the Talent team of a major UK brand in the Berkshire area.
As part of the Talent team you will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, supporting major programmes, so you will need to be used to working in a fast-paced environment.
Our client is looking for intelligent resourcers who, with minimal tools, know how to attract and search for top talent, proactively seek to contact and pre-screen them, before managing them through the recruitment process. You will need to demonstrate:
- Excellent candidate screening and selection experience
- A good level of experience with LinkedIn - with a good understanding of search & attraction techniques
- Managing candidates through the recruitment process, maintaining good candidate care, and company brand image
- The ability to provide a seamless on boarding experience to new starters
- Excellent communication skills, and a team player
- Able to support senior stakeholders with Recruitment requirements
- Able to work with a volume of roles - so experience of this together with working in a chaotic environment at times may be a bonus
