Service Performance and Experience SME - 3G/4G RAN Operations - Mobile Telecoms - 6 months - Berkshire
Overview:
This person will be acting as the advisor on Customer Experience and Performance issues arising from any proposed changes to the operating model.
We are looking for a Service Management specialist with ITIL and a solid understanding of 3G/4G RAN Operations and excellent stakeholder management skills. Will need to understand:
RAN KPI's | User Experience and how this is impacted by network changes | Inter-relationship between 3G and 4G and the impact of one on the other when network changes are made
Role:
Ensuring that the transition to new operating models is managed
BAU Services and the Annual Operating Plan Objectives with the primary goal of maintaining and improving Network Performance and Customer Experience
Ensuring that the correct acceptance measures and assurance is in place for all changes
Support the development of strategic assets
Support Business Relationship manager to complete shareholder road map
Support completion of initial impact assessments
Responsible for Operational aspects of design, build, test and deployment for unilateral service introduction (POC, NPI, Trial, FOC)
Consulted on the BIS, TTO and PPM for unilateral projects and services
MUST HAVE
Strong service management background within 3G/4G RAN Operations
Strong understanding of:
RAN KPI's
User Experience and how this is impacted by network changes
Inter-relationship between 3G and 4G and the impact of one on the other when network changes are made
In-depth technical knowledge of mobile network operator infrastructure, support systems and operations
ITIL
Mobile Operator Service Design & Transition
Experience working within a managed services provider
Experience working in a network deployment programme
