We have an exciting opportunity to work as a RAN Design Technical Authority for a telecoms company based in Reading

The government is introducing a new telecoms security framework through the Telecommunications (Security) Bill. This imposes new statutory duties and requirements for the UK's public telecoms providers. The RAN Design Technical Authority will work on the TSR Programme.

Responsibilities of the RAN Design Technical Authority include:

• Extensive experience and deep knowledge in RAN OSS Design, Integration and Management (particularly the RAN OSS of Ericsson and Huawei).
• Extensive experience and deep knowledge in 3G/4G/5G Mobile Network Design and Integration.
• Experience in leading RAN integration/connectivity design into SecGW and Core Network.
• Extensive experience and deep knowledge in RAN Software features & Functionalities.
• Extensive experience in RAN Software/Features System Introduction (Design, Lab Test, Field Trial and Rollout)
• Extensive experience on multivendor RAN interoperability
• Experience of leading vendors and service providers in delivering business outcomes in a complex environment consisting of multiple vendors and contracts.
• Experience in providing clarity on complex technical problems, provide recommendations and communicate effectively to senior management
