The Role:

To deliver agreed performance objectives and proactively contribute to delivering broader MSP Clean team objectives.

The role holder will perform Quantity Surveyor tasks for their allocated Multi Site Providers (MSPs) and this will include, reviewing costs and cost variations, the analysis & validation of MSP final valuations, processing incoming demand, raising POs and tracking activities on various databases, together with managing QS reporting to our customers and stakeholders. In addition, and when required, the role holder will be responsible for providing full support in the transition of MSP QS management back into the operator as per the operator timetables.

To continually seek more efficient and innovative ways of completing tasks, to improve business performance. To support others with guidance and step in to provide active support where it will make a positive difference to the outcome.

Responsibilities:

To ensure that all MSP QS documentation, legal and financial documentation is checked and verified against the appropriate rate card before being approved or issued.

Manage all commercial data contained within commercial documentation using the "Pink Data" protocols ensuring that this data is only visible within the MSP Clean Team.

Report on the volume of various QS activities undertaken / documents signed, ready for signature or on-hold.

Review all processes regularly and produce and implement any changes necessary to maintain and improve our capability to meet and exceed targets.

Build relationships and support key stakeholders in establishing and managing key Partner information from QS activities & Site Accessed to AHOP creation.

The role holder will perform Quantity Surveyor tasks for their allocated MSPs and this will include, reviewing costs and cost variations, the analysis & validation of MSP valuations, processing incoming demand, raising POs and tracking activities on various databases, together with managing QS reporting to our customers and stakeholders.

Manage compliance of key supplier performance indicators. Report and escalate into the Head of MSP Clean team on a weekly basis, supported with appropriate evidence and reporting.

Skills Required:

The Ideal Candidate will be an experienced QS, have a background in managing costs, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience in working within a QS environment and management of costs associated with cell site acquisition design & build
