QA Technical Test Lead

What you will be doing

• The day to day delivery will involve both manual and automation delivery.
• You will be responsible for writing test plans, test strategies and test reports for various projects.
• You'll liaise with product managers and stakeholders to get the user stories, requirements and writing manual and automation test scripts, maintaining and enhancing automation framework.
• The dev team sits right next to the QA team so are easy to touch base with on defects and bugs that are found, you'll also act as the deputy for current Manager.

What experience do you need

• Automation and manual test experience across the multitude of browsers and Mobile Devices (iOS, Android, Windows, MacOS).
• Ability to write and execute automated and manual tests (Functional, Non-Functional, Regression, Ad-hoc and Compatibility) to enable defect detection and solution validation.
• Solid and demonstrable experience in lean and agile software delivery and the principles of BDD, TDD and ATDD.
• Experience of Agile methodologies - Scrum, Kanban, Lean UX, XP.
• Experience of at least one of Browser Stack, Sauce Labs, Appium, Calabash, TestCloud or other Cloud Service Testing Framework.
• Experience in developing and delivering test plans, test scripts, regression packs.
• Experience of test and issue management tools e.g. Jira, RTC, TestRail and Quality Centre.
• DevOps processes and experience with CI/CD pipeline.
