Digital QA Analyst

6 Month Contract

QA Analyst - Fantastic opportunity to work within the Quality Assurance team within a leading communications company based in Maidenhead. You will be immersed in a fast-paced and fun, digitally focused environment, responsible for manual testing and quality assurance of new releases across all the digital platforms - mobile, web and tablet!

As QA Analyst you will be joining a growing team of Analysts who consistently strive to improve quality - we want you to be an advocate for quality and not be afraid to push back when standards are not being met! You will need to be confident with excellent communication skills as stakeholder management is key to this role.

What you will be doing:

• The department covers the testing and QA process for digital/online development
• You will be performing a BAU role which involves lots of data checking for pricing, tariffs and regulations
• Work with product Owners to define acceptance criteria and produce test plans

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous experience working in a fast paced digital environment as a QA Analyst carrying out manual testing of mobile & web apps and platforms
• UAT and front end testing experience with particular focus on 'look and feel'
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies (Agile, V-Model, Waterfall)
• Knowledge of software testing
• Innovative & passionate about testing
• Ability to tackle issues logically
