PROPOSAL LEAD -- CONTRACT - TELFORD - REMOTE WORKING

Leading Managed Services Provider in the Defence Sector requires an Sr. Lead Proposal writer to join their team at Telford. We are looking for a forward-thinking Framework and DLG Lead with a breadth of knowledge and experience across the I.T. industry to support the growth on the customer account into new business areas and opportunities. Shall take responsibility for the technical response quality on small-medium framework and bid opportunities leading the team to deliver compelling, persuasive propositions. In this role, you will:

* Take a leading role in proposition development, proposal writing and some end-to-end bid management
* Lead several small framework opportunities, collaborating with sales and BD teams
* Become a key member of the bid improvement team, linking into the wider public sector initiative
* Contribute to lessons learnt sessions, bid feedback, and win/loss analysis to shape ideas and thinking
* Focus on how we will win, which should include competitor analysis, win-themes and value propositions to deliver proposals/responses that persuade the client to buy from the client.
* Liaise with the opportunity owner to qualify (from a technical perspective), build and maintain a bid pipeline
* Develop DLG opportunities in collaboration with the delivery teams to drive incremental new business.
