Property Project Manager (Telco)

Property Project Manager - ECC Code - Berkshire - 18 months

Role:

Accountable Lead for the project, including the delivery of new site acquisition and property processes

Accountable for managing 3rd party supplier contracts, performance recovery plans and supplier relationships

Accountable for the management of project capex and opex budgets. Developing cost reduction strategies

Accountable to deliver data integrity and accurate reporting, tailored to meet the changing environment and give senior stakeholder visibility

Be a true service provider - understand your customers needs and encourage your team to deliver a great service internally and externally

Must have:

Knowledge of ECC code

Experience and knowledge of mobile telecoms legal, property and site acquisition activities and projects

Project management experience within property / acquisition

Budget management, project planning, chairing project board meetings/forums

Will have overall vision and responsibility for managing new code implementation across the portfolio of sites, and being able to report back to Code Forum/Board on portfolio level issues/blockers/actions required
