This leading telecoms company are seeking an experienced Property Delivery Manager to join their busy property team.

You will manage the delivery of new site acquisitions, property processes and escalations and issues.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating suppliers and in house teams
• Managing urgent escalations and ensuring deadlines are met
• Supporting the delivery of the programme
• Managing strategy processes and procedures as well as updating acquisition process documents
• Responsible for ensuring Opex costs are controlled

You must have previous experience within a property role within telecoms. Build/Acquisition experience is also a must
