Property Business Analyst via Project People

Job Description

What are the 5-7 key levels of experience or education required to deliver against the contract (including certifications e.g. working at height / RF awareness.	What additional experience would be desirable
Knowledge of the property & legal elements of acquiring, contracting with and managing landlords for the purposes of mobile cell site builds	Telco experience
Recognised BA Professional qualification such as IIBA CPBA or PMI PBA	An understanding of the wider role of the business and its relationship with its shareholders.
5+ years Business Analysis experience in a technology environment
Experience of managing stakeholders ideally up to Board level - including being resilient enough to say no for the right reasons
Good customer and company focus; a pragmatic approach, excellent planning and organisation capabilities
Strong communication skills with ability to take conversational & interview outputs and convert them to measurable business requirements
Ability to agree must have, should have, could have level priorities across a wide range of senior stakeholders
