The Projects Delivery Manager will provide professional project management required to deliver assigned initiatives / projects that directly implement or contribute towards Client's business objectives. Covering the Passive Infrastructure requirements arising from H&S concerns and the general need to upgrade or improve the Client's asset. Working across multiple projects at any one time. Delivery of Active instructions as required via customer instruction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* To manage the impact of change within the project and on the project plans in terms of scope, timescales, costs & quality ensuring that the impacts are clearly understood and sanctioned by key stakeholders.
* To proactively surface and record all project risks, issues and dependencies, subsequently managing their mitigation and resolutions escalating as required to ensure the project remains on track.
* To manage and lead a (matrix) team for the duration of the project drawn from relevant functions and areas of expertise within Client's organisation, its suppliers and shareholders that collectively delivers the project
* To manage all key stakeholders and stakeholder groups who are connected to the delivery of the project to ensure expectations are managed, critical decisions are made, key dependencies and requirements are addressed, and project delivery progress is clearly understood

PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Mid-level experience in running projects in a range of different and frequently changing environments delivering both 'business change'
and 'technical /infrastructure' type projects that includes leading matrix and multi-disciplined teams.
* Experience of running projects within a Telecoms Cellular Network Infrastructure Share environment.
* Experience of cooling and electrical solutions and their on-site applications.
* Knowledge of Active equipment and it's configuration in the field.
* Prince II Foundation or equivalent qualification/accreditation desirable.
