Project Manager (m/f) Mission Critical Networks
Location: London - Paddington
Your mission:
You are responsible to successfully manage the company's projects in the UK as per contractual commitment (scope, time, quality, budget) and processes / Governance.
Your tasks:
- Act as primary interface for customers, develop customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage Mission Critical Networks projects with a special focus on the final delivery's conformity with the customer's expectations concerning time and quality.
- Take charge of end to end planning and management of projects' scope, financials, schedules and resources
- Efficiently control costs and manage internal resources and subcontractors.
- Handle changes and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Manage and mitigate risks in order to meet contractual KPI.
- Provide visibility and reporting to the head of Service Delivery, Sales Manager and country Manager; detect and manage any project deviation and escalation.
Your profile:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (m/f). As successful candidate, you should possess:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in engineering, business or telecommunications, and ideally a certification in project management (e.g. PMI).
- At least 5 years' project management experience in the telecommunication industry, preferably in the rollout of wireless networks (GSM/UMTS/LTE).
- Know-how in the application of professional project management methodologies and tools.
- Profound understanding of network deployment and integration of wireless systems as well as of financial issues.
- Effective skills in negotiating and team work as well as in time, client and relationship management.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively and to deliver results in challenging and complex environments.
- Proactive attitude towards work.
- Driving license.
