Contract position

Great opportunity to work as Project Manager for a high profile , well-loved brand within IT Service company in Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid working). We are Looking for a tenacious Project Manager with experience in implementing hardware and software to multiple locations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Effective management of the project baseline
• Defines the project requirements, ensuring that the requirements catalogue traceability matrix is complete
• Manages the delivery of the project/multiple projects in partnership with the customer and business line to ensure acceptance, closedown and handover to service
• Establishing and reporting project Key Performance Indicators to the Project Board through Highlight Reports and stage assessments
  Manages the risks associated with the deliverables of the project in order to minimize risk across multiple projects
• Ensuring that the milestone achievements are signed by the customer and relevant invoices are raised

Required skills:

• 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role
• Sound knowledge of the Hardware upgrades including PC/Server and CCTV. Also software upgrades (in the Cloud and on premise)
• Good organisational skills regarding equipment and resources, ensuring that the equipment has been delivered and the install is correctly resourced
• Excellent skills at following a run-book type approach to the install process which must be completed in a very tight time window. (incl, removal of existing kit and the installation of new kit)
• Experience of dealing with global teams (offshore Support teams)
• Methodical approach implementation with experience in:
  • Hardware and Software testing
  • Integration Testing
  • User Testing
• Experience in Vehicle testing technology an advantage
• Excellent problem solver and analytical skills
