PROJECT MANAGER - SECURITY CLEARED-CONTRACT - REMOTE

Leading Managed Services Provider in the Defence Sector require a TSS Senior Project Manage - Trader Management and Education to join their ongoing project to lead the Trader Management and Education (TME) activities for the Trader Support Service (TSS). Your role will be accountable for the timely delivery of high quality customer and internal facing communication and educational material ensuring that stakeholders understand the TSS and Northern Ireland Protocol operation. This role is really focused on the delivery of customer and contact centre facing documentation and communication. It requires good engagement to understand requirements, good planning for the work, excellent stakeholder engagement into client and ability to manage change and interrupt but maintain control.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Looking for a PM that has strong documentation, process and customer facing skills.
  • Documentation is the key here
  • To Making sure the customer work is aligned with client resource and roadmap.

Location: Remote working
Duration: 9 Months

**A national security clearance is required for this role but candidates not holding this level of clearance will be considered**

As a key member of the TSS programme team, the TME lead role is responsible for managing a multi-disciplined team across our partner organisations and client to ensure new and updated TME material is identified, produced, reviewed, signed off and published. You will work in the programme Agile methodology to support identification and elaboration of requirements, estimation, and planning of work. You will then be accountable for the delivery, review, approval and publication of the scheduled materials and training. You will need to maintain a clear understanding of progress, quickly resolve any issues or blockages, and manage the impacts of any changes into the TME workstack.

You will ideally have experience of
* Successful project delivery using Agile methodologies
* Leading of multi-disciplined teams from multiple partner organisations
* Building effective customer relationships, delivering a trusted and strong partnership
* Seamless delivery of change into an establish customer service that includes contact centre and IT systems
* Ensuring high standards through a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control
