Project Engineer - Design Authority - ADC - 6 month contract - Mobile Telecoms - Berkshire

Exciting new role for a dynamic and forward thinking individual to join an expanding team at an exciting time. The role of Project Engineer - Design Authority to work within the mobile communications sector. This role would suit a personable individual with technical skills who is an effective communicator with a passion for working as team player to support project requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist the Acquisition and Design Manager by running Design supplier meetings
• SPOC Link into the RAN design team
• Review designs against latest standards set out in design guides
• Review submitted designs meet CDM requirements
• Feedback through systems / tools
• Plan daily activities to meet project requirements
• Run workshops with design suppliers as required
• Site visits as required
• Assist in costing analysis
• Complete feasibility studies on targeted demand
• Support in Gating of sites
• End to End responsibility with aspects of design and support Build Managers and activation team during planning and deployment

Experience;

• Proven experience within the mobile communications sector
• Major rollout experience
• Experience in site construction and deployment
• Have a knowledge of site infrastructure
• Have ability to read technical drawings
• Have ability to read technical documentation
• IT skills are essential

Highly Desirable

• CAD or drawing office experience
• ADC Build experience and other tools such as PACs
