PMO Coordinator

Bracknell & Home Working (UK based only)

Ongoing Contract

I am recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading IT & Communications company based in Bracknell for an experienced PMO Coordinator to support on a large scale system migration project.

This position will be home working (UK only) however you will be required on site (Bracknell) as and when required.

This is a key position for my client and you will be responsible for providing project and program support which includes:

  • Coordinate data collection from all members of the PMO team, consolidating the data into summary reports for stakeholders
  • Set up and maintain documentation tool (ProjectHub)
  • Maintains security measures for documents
  • Maintains risk & issue log
  • Support the project change management process
  • Coordinates the project financial information
  • Coordinate the project resource plan

We are looking for a confident PMO Coordinator with the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience as PMO Coordinator
  • Previous experience supporting a busy project/PMO team
  • Strong MS Office - particularly Excel, SharePoint and Teams
  • Project/programme governance experience
  • Document management
  • Resource control
  • Risk & issue management
