Project Coordinator (Agile projects)

Home Working (UK based only)

Ongoing Contract

I am recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading IT & Communications company based in Bracknell for an experienced Project Coordinator to support on a number of key projects. Experience working in Agile ways of working and Agile practises and tools (Jira) is essential.

This position will be home working (UK only)

This is a key position for my client and you will be responsible for providing project and program support which includes:

  • Working within an Agile environment, ensuring projects following Agile ways of working
  • Coordinate data collection from all members of the project team, consolidating the data into summary reports for stakeholders
  • Set up and maintain documentation tool
  • Maintains security measures for documents
  • Maintains risk & issue log
  • Support the project change management process
  • Coordinates the project financial information
  • Coordinate the project resource plan

We are looking for a confident Project Coordinator with the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience as Project Coordinator with experience working within Agile teams/projects
  • Familiar with Agile practices and methods
  • Familiar with Agile tools (such as Jira)
  • Experience in Agile ways of working
  • Previous experience supporting a busy project team
  • Strong MS Office - particularly Excel, SharePoint and Teams
  • Project/programme governance experience
  • Document management
