Job Description

Project Associate (Project Support Officer) is required by our Global IT Services Company for an initial 6 months rolling contract to start in May 2022, based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire (5 days on-site).

Responsibilities & Skills:

  • The Project Associate's prime responsibility is to ensure that a non-complex project produces the required products, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost. The successful applicant may also be responsible for the delivery of work packages within a more complex Project or Program under the governance of a Project or Program Manager.
  • The day-to-day running of the Refresh project, reporting into the Project Manager
  • Management of Refresh Installation Schedules and project reporting requirements
  • Providing the initial point of escalation and management of escalations to a successful conclusion
  • Production of a daily/weekly report to the Manager
  • Attend project reviews with the Project Manager
  • Manage the interfaces into all appropriate delivery teams to ensure that the service is delivered to agreed SLAs and timescales
  • Overseeing the creation of project procedures/processes
  • Managing the project's agreed change control procedure
  • Production of overall performance reporting
  • Stock Management including replenishment requests, device build and reporting
  • Defining the work package or project stage requirements
  • Manages the risks associated with the deliverables of the project or work package
