An exciting opportunity for a Programme Manager/Senior Project Manager has arisen for this leading name within the telecommunications space to drive business-readiness delivery of VoLTE.The ideal candidate will have performed a similar role focusing on Business Readiness to include customer comms planning, training, channel readiness incl Business, Consumer and Care & Device readiness.

The role:

• Steerco management / governance + ELT status reporting
• Business Readiness
• Transition management
• Stakeholder management
• Attendance at meetings
• Develop and maintain integrated project plan
• Weekly update to senior management
• Escalation of critical issues
• Key business readiness activities driven to successful conclusion
• Key mitigation plan(s) in the event of any Programme delay

Deliverables:

• Develop an integrated Programme plan
• Close out overall business requirements
• Drive delivery of Business Readiness activities
• Develop manual SIM swap option and comms approach for limited handset launch
• Manage and lead overall Programme team
