Contract - Initial 12 months contract + at least 24 months ongoing work

Responsibilities:

Looking for an experienced Programme Manager specifically for this opportunity in the Healthcare sector.

Our Client is looking for a heavy hitter to head up the bid for a Program in Healthcare Infrastructure for a Greenfield site. He will be looking after a wide array of things from Buildings to contractors, implementing hardware & software, integrated systems.

Skills Required:

• 5 to 10 years' experience in a similar senior role
• Sound knowledge of the healthcare technology and integrated IT systems in a clinical/hospital environment (certified/track record or otherwise qualified an advantage)
• Experience in new Builds, negotiating and working with onsite building contractors
• Coming from a Project/Program consulting background an advantage
• An excellent record in successful high-end solutions including:
  • The full sales cycle
  • RFP response writing and the drafting of bid collateral (Scope Documents/Plans/approach documents and RAID plans)
  • Has followed a strict Governance process
• Expert communications skills, specifically dealing with Senior Customer Stakeholders
• Expert negotiation skills
• Expert Commercial skills both financial and legal (certified/qualified an advantage)
