Programme Coordinator - IT Transformation

Initial contract to end of the year, likely to run to end of 2022

Reading office 2 days/week, the rest from home.

This new role sits within the PMO of a major IT Transformation programme. The Programme Coordinator will support the PMO lead to run, drive, and proactively maintain effective programme controls to support successful delivery of the programme outcomes. There will be a focus on running and maintaining the Programme SharePoint site, and assisting the Finance lead with PO administration, creating finance submissions and finance quality assurance.

  • An experienced Programme coordinator within a fast-paced medium to large company.
  • Drive and proactively maintain the actions, risks, and issues
  • Good knowledge and skills in use of SharePoint, including site building, notification settings, document management and access
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office toolset
  • Displays excellent relationship, influencing and all-round communication skills.
  • Professional and positive approach.
  • Diligent with attention to detail.
  • Collaborates well and able to work on own initiative.
  • Experience of working cross-functionally and with senior stakeholders.
