Program Manager(Cloud Core Deployment Program) . Reading. 6 Month Contract.

My client has an exciting opportunity for an Experience Program Manager with a background of managing complex telco or IT network deployment projects with an in depth understanding of IP networking. The program is delivering a cross- business OSS suite (CEM, SA, SM) of third party products as the systems Integrator. The technology is focused on a native cloud with automation and orchestration.

  • Management of technical connectivity and service flows
  • Root Cause Analysis.
  • Pragmatic understanding of firewalls/load balancing/micro-segmentation/security and other components in the connectivity path.
  • Ability to accurately and concisely explain technical issues and risks to stakeholders with varying levels of technical understanding.
  • Coordination of project teams and technical specialists both onsite and remote.
