Product Owner - AI / Chatbots /NLP - this is a really exciting new role working within the Online Customer Support Team for a leading Mobile Telecoms company based in the heart of Berkshire. We are looking for a Product Owner with experience of AI /Chatbots to lead 2 small teams who will be responsible for delivering new features and functionality in this area. This is an exciting time to join my client as they embark on driving forward new customer-centric technologies.
We are looking for a seasoned Product Owner with a passion and interest in using new technologies, and has start-up experience/mentality - as you will be leading a new team and setting new priorities.
Skills & Experiences Required:
