Product Manager (Service Solution) -（M/F）

Base location: Munich or Düsseldorf

Responsibility:

• Undertake the service development strategy of Germany rep office and be responsible for the achievement of the overall sales targets (order, market target, and profitability) of professional services of Germany rep office.
• Analyze the professional service market of Germany, including market space analysis and opportunity analysis, and implement professional service expansion and sales strategies.
• Provide comprehensive professional service solutions to customers, ensure the competitiveness, deliverability, and profitability of solutions and commercial matters, and ensure the contract quality and process compliance of service sales.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with service organizations in Germany rep office to improve customer perception.
• Undertake the professional service brand building plan in the region, and take responsibility for the implementation and effect evaluation of service marketing communication activities in the rep office.

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 - 10 years working experiences in service solution background.
• Have knowledge in the communications field, including 4G and 5G network products, networking, and delivery processes.
• Experience in sales or delivery of carrier service solutions is preferred.
• Identification and Qualification of sales opportunities
• Generate comprehensive solutions based on customers' business objectives, strategies and requirements.
• Strong marketing and business sense
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, motivation and presentation skills
• Team player with a strong result orientation
• Customer orientation and strong negotiation skills
• Proven ability to interact with diverse customers in a multi-cultural environment
• Fluency English is a must, German will be added advantage
