Job Description

Process Improvement Analyst- 12 month contract -Remote/Hybrid working

MBNL are seeking a Process Improvement Analyst to develop and improve business processes across the organisation. This is a 12 month contract, offering home working with the expectation to be in Reading a couple of times a month or as required.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the Transition Lead to manage the Project Plan, set up and chair various workstreams
  • Analyse the Tools, systems, processes, procedures, that need to be transferred, and/or developed within MBNL as part of the transformation
  • Map as is processes as part of the knowledge transfer work streams and create new processes and procedures fit for the new organsiational structure
  • Lead new NTQ improvement initiatives - further to the increase in the number of dead and high risk sites and EE escalations into MBNL for improvement in visibility, war rooms, process improvements

Key Requirements

  • Experience in telecoms acquisition, estate management and/or design and build is preferred
  • Project Management experience
  • Business Analyst - developing business cases, report, data manipulation and financial management
  • Ability to create and manipulate data in order to determine best solutions
  • Experience building business cases and undertaking financial analysis
  • Excellent communicator and ability to work with SMEs across the business
