Process Designer - Customer Experience
This leading telecoms company are going through an exciting period of change and are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Process Designer to join their Channel Operations team.
You will be responsible for designing the process for Customer Experience across every customer touch point across all channels during the customer journey. This will be from the beginning of the customer having initial interest in the product, through to actually departing with their cash to buy it and ensuring the experience as the customer is the best it can be.
You must have a background from a similar role specialising in the consumer side ideally from a large consumer led organisation. Telecoms is an advantage.
