Process Designer - Customer Experience - Maidenhead OR Glasgow

Exciting new experience for a Process Designer - Customer Experience to join a leading mobile telecommunications company in Maidenhead OR Glasgow on a permanent basis.

As Process Designer - Customer Experience you would build processes and look at every customer touch point across all channels during the customer journey. Customer experience is key for this role along with being able to understand the commercial importance of having a good customer journey.

The role is part of the customer solution design team. The purpose of the Customer Solution Design team is to support the brand strategy by designing and delivering consistent, multi-channel customer support solutions. The role works alongside customer solution designers and will be responsible for
designing, documenting and improving processes to meet the desired customer experience.
