Role: Process Delivery Performance Analyst
Location: Theale (Hybrid)
Length: Permanent or Contract role.
The Role:
A leading telecoms company are looking for an experienced Process Delivery and Performance Analyst to join their team based in Theale.
The role will involve delivering process improvement expertise to the Client's Value Chain. Directing Process Owners and SME's in a collaborative and cross functional way to create process against a specific standard to ensure a structure that deliveries efficiencies, risk control and quality business processes. Application of process frameworks, enforcement of the standard and resilience to challenge each step in a process. Provide performance analytics to deliver sustained improvements. This role will require an excellent degree of stakeholder (internal and external) communication and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver new and updated business processes that underpin the Client value chain in a prioritized and controlled manner.
- Deliver and promote continuous improvement and culture in line with streamline providing high quality and robust information to support decision making and to deliver Client strategy, services and priorities.
- Ensure risk-based approach to process is taken and highlight risks to appropriate areas if the business strategy or objectives could be impacted.
- Support and lead the design and build of a continuous improvement of the value chain framework and socialization business wide to ensure it is well understood and used.
- Deliver process dashboards and reports to demonstrate performance of Client business processes on a departmental basis and target areas for improvement based on performance.
- Be the SME for the transition and/or transformation project team by delivering Target Operating Models, and lead process workshops. Develop and improve process templates, ensure and support process SME's to complete Process Definition Documents. Develop and deliver regular process status reports.
Key Skills and Experience:
- At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong Process analysis and documentation using recognised standards.
- Demonstrate capability in Project planning, Process mapping, Process evaluation and development.
- Demonstrable evidence of deep knowledge of process frameworks (BPM, APQC, ITIL, COBIT etc.), as well as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or equivalent process improvement methodologies.
- Experience working with Process Mapping Tool Aris or Signavio.
- Knowledge of TM-Forum standards, (eTom) is desirable.
- Experience in delivering Telco solutions.
- Ability to plan and facilitate workshops and meetings to deliver an agreed outcome.
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean.
- Hons Degree or equivalent in computer science, telecommunications or engineering.
- Great communication and presentation skills across multiple levels.
- Interpersonal and problem-solving skills required. Good track record for innovation and measurable process improvements.
