We are currently seeking a talented end-to-end Network Security experience to act as principal consultant to our leading telecoms client based in Berkshire. You will be setting up and maintaining security policies in line with CAS(T) and ISO27001; prior experience taking the lead of these types of initiatives would be a huge advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Network and Infrastructure Security consultancy across all managed elements and provide advice for shareholder security teams where appropriate.
• Maintain early engagement for incoming projects and requests
• Enforce Information Security policy and risk-based best practice.
• Perform security risk assessments throughout the design stages - perform threat analysis, identify vulnerabilities, propose efficient solutions aimed at reducing risk to the optimal level.
• Review Solution Designs and perform security analysis and approval.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with teams, drive Information Security awareness, in order to embed Information Security in the corporate culture.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience producing, implementing, maintaining and adapting recognised security standards to fit with new technology and networks. E.g. CAS(T) and ISO27001
• Excellent communication and engagement skills - They'll be a consultant to internal teams as well as shareholders, and also enforcing compliance to security standards with the MSP's and vendors.
• Experience of GAP Analysis, assessment of current network standards and developing remediation plans for best practice and CAS(T) compliance.
• Industry certifications: e.g. CISM and/or CISSP or equivalent.
