Role Purpose : PMPF Project Manager

The Project Manager's prime responsibility is to ensure that a project produces the required output to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost. You will be responsible for keeping the project team working on the highest priority tasks and leading the communication with the end customer.

Key Accountabilities

  • Effective management of the project baseline
  • Responsible for the successful execution of projects, providing guidance, coaching and project leadership.
  • Defines the project requirements and manages the agreement process of the project requirements and objectives with the Project Board.
  • Produce and maintain project plans
  • Report as appropriate internally and to the customer
  • Manage risks and issues
  • Track and manage costs and revenue
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships
  • Track and manage customer dependencies

Key Performance Indicator

  • Delivers the project on time, to budget and appropriate quality and achieve project margin
  • Customer Satisfaction scores
  • Assignment feedback scores
  • Status of project in the project management reporting tool
  • Achievement of acceptance criteria and conformance to Operational Readiness Review
  • Formal reviews have taken place and are documented
  • Efficient and timely availability of assets during all stages
  • Progress reports are accepted by the assignment manager
  • Risk plans are formally accepted by the assignment manager
  • Amount of contingency used or released
  • Successful acceptance into service
