PMO /Project Manager - Contract - Home Based

We are hiring a PMO /Project Manager (PMO) who shall be reporting to the PMO or a Quality Manager The role is more of a quality managing all the stage gates for the project. The Project Manager's prime responsibility is to ensure that a project produces the required products, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost.

Home Based- Remote work

Duration: 3 months rolling contract

Responsibilities:

  • Looking after all the stage gates, before each gate evidence of progress of that part of the project will be collected by the Work Stream Leads
  • Must do the quality check to see if the programme is ok to proceed to the next stage (do quality assessment) / has the programme reached the level of quality to allow it to proceed.
  • Need to report the Senor Management/ PMO team
  • This is a flexible role to co-ordinate with and support the OneERP incumbent systems integrator and the OneERP Project team in establishing and maintaining a Quality management System, including confirming and documenting quality criteria and gateways, monitoring progress of gateways to milestones and subsequent reporting.
  • The role will also be required to support communications and stakeholder management across the program through the various stages to ensure that appropriate communications are delivered in a conformant and expedited manner. The role will also support other Project control disciplines as required to cover leave and other absences.
  • The PM will take responsibility for the delivery of all of the archive solution including the migration of the data to the archive in line with the overall OneERP delivery plan.
  • Day to day management of resources, including where required the raising of requests to secure appropriate resources to meet the plan deliveries.
  • Progress reporting and attendance at weekly progress reviews is required.
  • Experience of infrastructure delivery is ideal along with knowledge of data migration.
