Job Description

PMO/Project Coordinator/Project Manager/Implementation Coordinator (IT Infrastructure Rollout/O365 Deployment, Agile, Prince2) is required by our Global IT Services Company with a start date of May/June 2022, for an initial 12 months rolling contract (to be taken in 6 month stints), based remotely from home, UK (UK Only).

Responsibilities & Skills:

  • The successful applicant will be a PMO/Implementation Coordinator Project Manager who has experience overseeing enterprise, global level IT Infrastructure Migrations and Office 365 Rollouts
  • Candidates must have project managed IT Infrastructure and Office 365 Rollouts.
  • Supporting the preparation of the Deployment Workstream in readiness for all transitional deployments & cutovers, working as part of a team to ensure all tasks are performed, all supporting documentation is produced/updated & that the appropriate governance processes are adhered to.
  • Complying with the Change Management processes in order to produce & and present Requests for Change (RFCs).
  • Production of Service Requests and other request types.
  • Managing updates to Runbooks. Managing a Master deployment schedule, which tracks numerous attributes relating to preparation for deployments.
  • Securing & coordinating resources.
  • Updating operational work instructions as required.
  • Arranging & attending "bridge" calls to oversee installations/deployments, together with technical teams.
  • Excellent client facing experience and communication skills
  • Able to operate in a challenging environment with tight deadlines & stakeholders that may not always be aligned.
  • Flexible, able to deal with late notice / short notice alterations & requests for change.
  • Able to manage & coordinate multiple simultaneous activities.
  • Must have PRINCE2 and Agile, or equivalent
