Job Description

PMO Analyst / Programme Coordinator (Transformation) - Mobile Telecoms

Fixed Term Contract to December 2022 - Berkshire with some flexible working

The Role:

This role sits within the Transformation Team, and will be working closely with the Programme Management Team to support rapid delivery whilst maintaining effective programme controls to ensure positive outcomes.

What you can expect to be doing:

Support the administration of programme workshops by organising and proactively maintain the workshop look ahead relating to business activities (including ensuring there is an owner, clear aims, and agenda and these are sent to attendees ahead of time)

Drive and proactively maintain the actions, risks, dependencies, and issues

Work with the Programme lead and Programme director to prepare the Programme Exec Steerco slide each week

Record and drive to completion the decisions, actions and minutes for Business Change, Risk and Dependency meetings.

Record attendance of change leads and agents across each workshop in your remit, consider what next steps are required if an area has not been represented or key people are missing

Providing proposals, guidance, and input to the overall risk approach on the programme feeding into the Managed Service Provider on risk approach and dependencies

Supporting the Managed Service Provider to ensure they get their workshops set up in a timely manner with the appropriate internal business people

Engage with stakeholders at all levels within the shareholders, suppliers and business to ensure timely provision of accurate information in line with the agreed reporting cycles

Interpret and respond appropriately to project community requirements for support and information

What we are looking for:

More than anything, we are looking for someone who enjoys what they do, shows initiative and drive, and engages with people from across the business to achieve best outcomes.

Ideally you will have some formal Project Management qualification, as well as experience working in a Project or PMO environment.

If you have experience working as part of a major change or transformation programme, that would be advantageous.

Experience interacting with Programme Leads and SME's, to clearly articulate the programme RAID, Ways of Working and Governance.
