Planning Relationship & Strategy Specialist - Telecoms acquisition

This leading telecoms company are seeking a Planning Relationship & Strategy Specialist to join their team in London.

You will work closely with the London Programme Team members to develop and effectively implement strategies to maximise planning consents in London - particularly around street work solutions - which are aligned to Shareholder priority delivery objectives. You will also act as escalation point for London site specific planning or consultation issues from suppliers and external stakeholders including community representatives and MPs.

This is a strategy role around Mobile Telecoms property, therefore you need to have knowledge of town planning etc in addition to the relationship management & planning experience, planning relates to the delivery of street works activity, as opposed to project planning.

You must have:

• Understanding of Town & Country Planning Legislation, policy and guidance related to telecommunications and associated developments
• Understanding of Telecommunications acquisition processes and project management
