People Consultant (Strategic Workforce Planning)- we are looking for a People/HR Consultant to design and deliver processes that enable the business to identify and prioritise the people capabilities needed now and in the future which will enable the business to deliver on their strategic plans. This is a high profile, key role working closely with the SMT on behalf of a leading Communications company based in Maidenhead.

As People /HR Consultant you will be sitting with the People Capability function and working with the Senior Leadership team you will be responsible for identifying the skills gaps/capabilities needed in order to deliver on the long and short term business plans. Working during a major transformation we require someone who has experience and understanding of the complexity and fast paced nature of a large organisation during time of transformation.

Skills & Experience Required:

• HR / People Consultant with strong strategic workforce planning experience
• Previously worked in a similar role for a large, fast paced commercial company
• Experience assessing capability and workforce planning
• Good understanding of working with Target Operating Models, Business Architecture
• Experience working within a major transformation
• Strong capability focus, needs assessment
• Strategic Planning
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
