Job Description

Great role working for a well known brand. This Administrator rolw will be supporting a people team with administrative tasks. It will be a very transactional role, performing admin tasks around BAU elements i.e. New Starters, Internal Moves, Secondments, Wellness, Recognition.

This role will also involve handling a high volume of new starters using HR systems (Oracle). It will also be supporting a Brexit piece of admin work next year, ensuring a lot of files are in order.

Experience Needed:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Good IT Skills - Able to use MS Office, MS Teams, Oracle system, People Online etc.
  • Proficient with Excel - V-Lookups, Pivots
  • Organised approach
  • Reporting
  • Great team player
