Administrator (Telecoms Sites)

London (St Pancras)


The Company:

A leading Telecoms company, who operate in an agile, customer driven and collaborative environment. They are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join a small but busy Acquisition & Estates Team on a 3 month temporary contract basis. This is a part time role, where you will be required to work 3 days per week (ideally Tues / Weds / Thurs however the client can be flexible)


  • To raise PO's electronically, taking ownership of the PO lifecycle and ensuring they are raised and receipted on PO system Great Plains
  • Raising Urgent Payment Requests
  • Maintaining site portfolio trackers
  • Monthly reporting as required
  • Troubleshooting finance queries and liaising with the finance team

Experience Required:

  • 2-3 years' experience in project administration (Telecoms would be an advantage)
  • Preferable finance knowledge of accounts payable and reconciliations
  • Excel skill to an intermediate level minimum
  • PowerPoint
  • Accounting system, such as Sage or Dynamics Great Plains would be an advantage
