OSS TRANSFORMATION LEAD - (DELIVERY & ASSURANCE)

Role Summary

This is a high-level role within the business, with significant budget and line management responsiblity

As OSS Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for governing and supporting the technical delivery of the strategic RAN and Access Transport OSS Architecture, as well as defining the services for key partners.

Skills

• Line / team / matrix management
• Governance / delivery assurnace of suppliers / 3rd parties / vendors
• Capex / Opex budget management in the £M's
• Understanding of OSS Design / Architecture background in a telecoms environment
• Experience of maintaining project / programme governance
• Providing design and delivery assurance
• Supplier / vendor management
• Understanding of contractual terms and commercial agreements
• End to end workflows, service, and underpinning OSS data architecture

Additonal

• Knowledge of RAN / Transport networks and connectivity
• Cloud infrastructure - Azure
• Strategy
• CEM - customer experience management
