Operations Assurance Manager / (Post-Build Incident Manager) - Mobile Telecoms

6 Month contract initially - Reading based, but flexible/remote working available

In a nutshell

Be responsible for triaging any incidents/faults with newly built sites that are being transferred into operations, and driving resolution of the faults back with the Build SWCs.

The Role:

As part of the Infrastructure Deployment Services Team, the Assurance Manager is responsible for driving resolution of any faults/incidents of newly built sites, and driving continuous improvement from our Build Teams and Partners to achieve Right First Time transfer to operations.

What you can expect to be doing:

  • Leading a small team directly managing SWC Suppliers to deliver right first time milestones via the Shareholders
  • Responsible for mitigating all possible areas throughout T&A, 3rd Party and Unilateral Build
  • Challenge Build Managers to drive process improvements, identifying trends
  • Tie together synergies between passive/active and multi-vendor equipment deployment
  • Identify and escalate potential risks to site level projects and mitigate as necessary
  • Responsible RHOP/Nemesis to Operations tasks are completed in line with project SLAs
  • Responsible for ensuring personal H&S compliance and escalating observations or lessons learned
  • Responsible for ensuring personal Quality compliance and escalating observations or lessons learned
  • Familiarisation and use of Tools such as PACS and SIteTracker

To be successful in this role:

  • Background in mobile telecom site deployment or build management
  • Understanding of RAN processes and tools
  • Delivery focus, and driven to resolve issues via excellent communication and engagement skills
