Job Description

Office Manager - 18 month FTC - Berkshire - Mobile Telecoms

Office Manager which will include Building, Facilities and Supplier Management along with management of the Reception

This role will be taking responsibility for completing and overseeing Office based and Administrative duties, including facilities management across all stakeholders delivering planned and reactive services to the office and organising the administrative activities which facilitate the smooth running of the office. It will also play a key role in leading the Office return to work-stream as part of the working group to ensure we are able to safely re-open the office following the pandemic.


  • Building, Facilities and Supplier Management
  • Some Compliance, ISO, H&S knowledge, so you can ensure correct documentation and obligations are in met and in place
  • Meeting Room administration
  • Access Pass Management
  • Reception Management

Will need to have:

  • Experience of managing a corporate Reception area in a similar organization
  • Facilities, Building and Supplier management experience
  • Experience working Front of house/Reception
  • Must have good people skills
  • Good IT skills - MS Suite, and Room Booking system
  • IOSH Managing Safely
