Office Manager

Based closed to Reading

**18 Month Fixed Term Contract**

We have a great opportunity to experience working for a leading telco company, playing a key role too support as an Office Manager. The role is available on an 18 Month Fixed Term Contract, and would suit someone within a convenient commute of the Reading area.

In this role you will have a variety of responsibilities, including the opportunity to play a part of their 'Return to the office' work stream. Within this, your ability to ensure compliance is met will be needed as you'll be expected to help the company meet required ISO and H&S obligations.

Additionally, your core responsibilities will be:

  • Facilities/Building and Supplier Management
  • Receptionist duties
  • Meeting Room administration
  • Supplier Management
  • Building Access administration
  • Post & Delivery Management

For this role you will need to have:

  • Experience of managing a corporate Reception area in a similar organization
  • A steady, organised approach, together with proven experience.
  • Facilities, Building and Supplier management experience
  • Experience working Front of house/Reception
  • Must have good people skills, with a warm and welcoming persona
  • Good IT skills - MS Suite, and Room Booking system
  • IOSH Managing Safely
