NETWORK SUPPORT ENGINEER / ADMINISTRATOR (DATA) - SWORDS (IRELAND)- CONTRACT- HYBRID

We are hiring a Network Support Engineer / Administrator (Data) for one of our clients in Ireland.

Must be located in Ireland - Swords- Hybrid

Duration: 6 months rolling contract

Experience:

• Implement, maintain, manage, support and develop LAN, WLAN, WAN and Firewall in conjunction with third parties where applicable. Ensuring stability, integrity and robustness.
• Act as an escalation point for any network related issues
• Configure tools for monitoring and use them to proactively identify and resolve issues
• Maintain and conduct systematic updates to all relevant documentation
• Provide training, technical advice and direction to other client's members of the team

The following Competencies/Skillsets are those considered most important for any proposed Resource to have experience in.

MUST HAVE SKILLS ON:

1. Network Architecture Design, monitoring and troubleshooting
2. Firewall architecture design and administration
3. Relevant educational or professional qualifications: It is not a minimum requirement for the proposed resource, for this role, to have specific educational or professional qualifications. However, marks may be awarded in accordance with the scoring methodology set out in part 3 of this SRFT where the resource:

Has obtained a Level 8 qualification in a relevant computing and/or computational discipline and/or at least 2 relevant professional qualifications/certifications completed in the last 5 years (which may include but are not limited to: Alcatel Certified Switch Professional (ACSP), Alcatel Certified Switch Specialist - Infrastructure (ACSS - Infrastructure), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Aruba Certified ClearPass Associate (ACCA)).
