The client

Our client is among the world's leading global IT service providers and they are now looking for Network Analyst.

The role

As a Network Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Day to day monitoring and management of the network
• Initial network incident diagnosis
• Network incident management and pro-active management of alarms
• Incident escalation and management
• Interaction and support of end user
• 24/7 + 15% shift Allowance
• 1% Additional Hours Allowance
  • Week 1 Monday to Sunday 07.00hrs - 19.00hrs
  • Week 2 stand down
  • Week 3 Monday to Sunday 19.00hrs - 07.00hrs
  • Week 4 stand down

Skills - Useful

• Previous experience of network design
• Support desk tools
• ITIL foundation or knowledge of ITIL processes
• High Grade Encryption (configuration and management)
• Switching (Configuring and Managing)
• Deployed system technologies (Satcom, E1)
• Defence Background
