National Deployment Manager - a permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced team/people manager from a Mobile Telecoms Network Deployment background to join my client on a permanent basis. Working for a key Mobile Telecoms company based in Reading, you will be a part of the Deployment Leadership Team, people managing a team of Acquisition Managers.

This is a permanent position paying a competitive salary with car allowance and bonus and will be office based in Reading, Berkshire.

Responsibilities:

• Line management of a team of circa 14 Acquisition Managers, carrying out performance reviews; develop and support your team and manage employee relations issues (liaising with the HR dept)
• Manage the performance of your team, drive performance and setting objectives
• Lead and motivate your team
• Oversee the site infrastructure Acquisition work to ensure work is being carried out to standards
• Be responsible for the Acquisition strategy, including onboarding of new suppliers and contracts

Skills & Experience Required:

• Must be an experienced team manager, carrying out performance reviews
• Must be able to lead and motivate a team to deliver to individual targets
• Due to the nature of the role applicants must managed a team within Mobile Telecoms Network Deployment (site acquisition, build, transmission or rollout etc)
• Able to deliver against organisational goals
• Strong interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication
• Strong leadership skills, creating positive climates, articulating vision, managing change and inspiring people
• Experience of coaching and developing people to be their best
