National Acquisition / Deployment Manager (mobile telecoms)

National Acquisition / Deployment Manager - Permanent - Berkshire

Managing a team of circa 14 Acquisition Managers, who oversee acquisition delivery from 3rd party managed service providers, we are looking for someone highly engaging and credible, who can drive delivery from their team, support them and manage escalations as required.

We're looking for an experienced team manager, who have previously managed teams directly (not just project management), and understand Acquisition and Deployment.

Must have come from a mobile telecoms network deployment background - essential

Role:

line management of a team of Acquisition Managers directly managing the principal contractors

Ensure that network site infrastructure acquisition is carried out in accordance with design and property standards

Manage and maintain the relationship with Shareholders and unilateral active equipment suppliers

Be responsible for acquisition strategy including on boarding of new Suppliers and Contracts

Manage the performance of the team, driving high performance by setting stretching and challenging objectives

Essential skills:

Recent and in depth experience within mobile telecoms network deployment

Deep understanding of mobile telecoms acquisition and build

Direct team management experience (this role manages a team of circa 14 Acquisition Managers)

Experience leading a team to delivery challenging delivery targets
