Migration Manager - Dell EMC

Migration Manager - 3 month initial contract. Remote / Telford

Key skills required -

• Experience of managing D/C based storage migration work, specifically DELL EMC technologies.

Migration Manager

Role:

• Work with like minded team members to undertake prioritised deliverables (including storage designs and processes) as agreed with Product Owner working within a Sprint Structure * Work with customer / internal & 3rd Party stakeholders, own the scope of the prioritised deliverables of Sprint content (Product Owner / Proxy Product Owner relationship) * Work with other Agile team members , Customer and Live services delivery teams to ensure that "deliverable" are delivered to business strategy and achieving maximum business benefit * Manage all key internal, external & 3rd party stakeholder relationships throughout the release cycle to ensure that the planned delivery is aligned to their expectations * Develop and maintain close working relationships with delivery teams to ensure the impact of scope and delivery decisions is shared, discussed and can be accounted for appropriately * Present and report on sprint progress and deliverables to ensure senior stakeholders are kept informed of key successes and any issues arising * Work with Agile team & LACE to create self development plan

Skills & Knowledge Requirements

• Knowledge and/or experience of working in an Agile Manner * Ability to self-organise * Ability to work in an autonomous manner * Comfortable communicating at various levels within the company & the customer organisation * Commercial awareness * Knowledge/ Awareness of Varied Datacentre server Technologies * Any knowledge pertaining to SAN and / or Enterprise Storage technologies (particularly Dell EMC) is advantageous
