Job Description

Mandarin Speaking Team Assistant

Location: London

Duration: Long Term Contract

On-Board: ASAP

Our client, based in the London, are one of the leading network, telecommunications and mobile technology companies in the world. They are looking for a Team Assistant to join their existing team, who will be responsible for support of the company's administrative task.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare materials prior to weekly meeting.
  • Data collection and analysis
  • Set up product specification
  • Identify errors and mistakes on customer's websites and publications.
  • Take minutes for internal and external meetings
  • Follow up new projects.
  • Sample management under your manager's instruction.
  • Assist any other affairs and tasks accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in project management is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office like Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
  • Good English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Mandarin.
  • Motivated self-starter with good time management skills.
  • Ambitious and driven.
